I walked into it feeling like I had a decent grasp on planning for retirement, but I learned so much! The knowledge that was provided, as well as the resources available for follow up were amazing. When speaking with my husband once I got home, I told him that it might have been one of the most important days of learning I had in my adult life. I have already followed up with many of the resources offered and I feel so good about planning for retirement at this point. Thank you!

Good afternoon Ty first I wanted to thank you for inviting me to your conference. It was greatly informative and provided eye opening information for us retirees. I would also like to thank you also for introducing Pamela Heward. I have already reached out to her and will be utilizing the tools she’s providing as a guide to re enter the workforce. I attended the Serving First Responders seminar on 12/09/24 and it was great. As an officer approaching retirement, there were several topics introduced and discussed that I had never even thought of. The presenters were friendly, professional, and organized. I definitely feel more prepared as I approach retirement and more confident that I will be experiencing a purposeful retirement thanks to the seminar.

I recently attended the Serving First Responders seminar as I’m getting close to being eligible for retirement. Walking into the seminar, I had a general idea of what I needed to know. However, once I was done, it solidified some of the things I’ve already put into place but gave a much better overview of how to approach retirement. It even allowed for specific follow-up if desired. Definitely recommend taking the time to learn and plan.

We left the seminar feeling more secure about what our future holds post-fire department. Being in a group setting surrounded by people in similar spots as us, we knew we were not alone.
